- 1 - egg white
- 2 1/4 tsp - non-fat dry milk pdr
- 2 tsp - safflower oil

Step 1Combinbe all in blender and Whirl.

Step 2Yield; equivalent to 1 egg. TIPS: Egg Substutite Keeps one week in refer, or may be frozen. You can multiply this recipe to have on hand. You can also freeze in muffin tins and when frozen, remove from pan, then place individual servings in Zip Lock bags.
