Ingredients
- 1 - english muffin
- 2 - eggs
- 2 slices canadian bacon or any ham
- 1 package mccormick hollandaise sauce mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make "egg"stra easy eggs benedict

Step 1make the Hollandaise sauce, according to package

Step 2lightly toast the english muffin & warm the canadian bacon or ham

Step 3in a skillet on medium, crack the eggs and place inside , gently add half a cup of water & 1/2 teaspoon of butter, cover and poach till eggs are set

Step 4plate up time...place the English muffins on a plate,top each one with the canadian bacon or ham, place 1 egg on each, cover nicely with the Hollandaise sauce...add pepper & salt to taste
