lightly toast the english muffin & warm the canadian bacon or ham
in a skillet on medium, crack the eggs and place inside , gently add half a cup of water & 1/2 teaspoon of butter, cover and poach till eggs are set
plate up time...place the English muffins on a plate,top each one with the canadian bacon or ham, place 1 egg on each, cover nicely with the Hollandaise sauce...add pepper & salt to taste
