This is a after Easter egg hunt favorite. Great way to use up left over Easter Eggs. We always have it Easter morning because it is quick, easy and very good.

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
- 1/2 small onion fine chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonaise or to desired consistency
How To Make egg salad

Step 1Place all ingredients in bowel. Mix well adjust the mayonnaise to desired consistency for sandwiches. Chill.

Step 2Serve on Toasted bread, Bun, Crackers or bed of lettuce. Enjoy.
