Ingredients
- 1 package 20 oz. french baguette bread, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 clove garlic clove, pressed
- 8 large hard boiled eggs, grated
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
How To Make egg salad crostini

Step 1Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Stir together butter and garlic; brush evenly on tops of bread slices.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes.

Step 3Combine eggs, and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 25 minutes OR up to 2 days.

Step 4Spoon egg mixture onto toasted bread slices. ENJOY!!
