How to Make Egg Salad
- Boil eggs, let cool, peel and chop. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and mustard.
- Add chopped celery and mix well.
- Gently add chopped eggs, salt, pepper and handful of parsley, dill or green onion.
- *Serve on bread, romaine lettuce leaves or by itself. Enjoy!
