Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese any flavor
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked back
- 1/4 cup green onions diced
- salt and pepper
How To Make egg meringue

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Careful to not break the egg yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in the bacon, cheese, and green onions.

Step 3Place in mounds on baking sheet. Use a spoon to create a well in the middle of each one. Place in oven and bake 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place a yolk in the the well of each meringue. Place back in the oven for 3 more minutes or until eggs are set.
