Egg in a Hole
How to Make Egg in a Hole
- Put bread on cutting board and place an empty glass upside down on top of it
- With a slow circular movement, press glass down until it cuts through the slice.
- Melt Butter and then place the bread in pan with centre ring on the side until both are golden brown
- Flip both of them over
- Put a tiny bit more Butter in hole and pour an Egg in the centre
- Cover pan for about another minute until white of egg has hardened enough.
- Serve and enjoy!
