Ingredients
- 16 ounces canned refrigerator biscuits, separated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chorizo (casing removed)
- 8 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- 12 slices yellow American Cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 ounces can green chilies
- 15 ounces can black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 avocados peeled, pitted and sliced
- fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make egg and chorizo breakfast bisuits

Step 1Bake the biscuits according to package directions.

Step 2In a skillet add the olive oil and add the chorizo and cook breaking the meat up. Break the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper and whisk until combined. Transfer the chorizo to a plate and in the same pan add the eggs. Cook the eggs until runny then remove from heat and let it cook by residual heat.

Step 3In a saucepan add the cheese, milk and chilies. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Add the chorizo into the cheese.

Step 4Remove the biscuit from the oven and break in half. Plate the biscuits and top with the black beans, then the cheese mixture. Top with the avocado slices. Garnish with cilantro
