I'm usually the first one up on the weekends. This recipe is so easy to put together while the coffee is brewing.

dozen eggs
3 slice
sandwich ham
3 slice
american cheese
3 slice
6 tsp
salsa or ceasar dressing, your choice
1 dash(es)
salt and pepper
1 dash(es)
garlic powder

How to Make Easy Weekend Eggs


  • 1Lightly spray a 6 muffin tin
  • 2Slice the bread, ham and cheese into 6 portions
  • 3Place 1 portion of bread in each muffin cup. Add 1 teaspoon of salsa or ceasar dressing. Lightly press down into the cup
  • 4Add 1 portion of ham and then cheese into each cup. Lightly press down
  • 5Lightly sprinkle garlic over each cup
  • 6Very carefully crack 1 egg and place on top of the ham, cheese, mixture. Repeat to cover all cups
  • 7Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8Each cup will be filled to the brim. Very carefully place the tin onto the middle rack of a 350 degree oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • 9Remove and cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
