I'm usually the first one up on the weekends. This recipe is so easy to put together while the coffee is brewing.

  • 1/2
    dozen eggs
  • 3 slice
    sandwich ham
  • 3 slice
    american cheese
  • 3 slice
  • 6 tsp
    salsa or ceasar dressing, your choice
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    garlic powder

How to Make Easy Weekend Eggs


  1. Lightly spray a 6 muffin tin
  2. Slice the bread, ham and cheese into 6 portions
  3. Place 1 portion of bread in each muffin cup. Add 1 teaspoon of salsa or ceasar dressing. Lightly press down into the cup
  4. Add 1 portion of ham and then cheese into each cup. Lightly press down
  5. Lightly sprinkle garlic over each cup
  6. Very carefully crack 1 egg and place on top of the ham, cheese, mixture. Repeat to cover all cups
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Each cup will be filled to the brim. Very carefully place the tin onto the middle rack of a 350 degree oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove and cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
