easy weekend eggs

I'm usually the first one up on the weekends. This recipe is so easy to put together while the coffee is brewing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - dozen eggs
  • 3 slices sandwich ham
  • 3 slices american cheese
  • 3 slices bread
  • 6 teaspoons salsa or ceasar dressing, your choice
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder

How To Make easy weekend eggs

  • Step 1
    Lightly spray a 6 muffin tin
  • Step 2
    Slice the bread, ham and cheese into 6 portions
  • Step 3
    Place 1 portion of bread in each muffin cup. Add 1 teaspoon of salsa or ceasar dressing. Lightly press down into the cup
  • Step 4
    Add 1 portion of ham and then cheese into each cup. Lightly press down
  • Step 5
    Lightly sprinkle garlic over each cup
  • Step 6
    Very carefully crack 1 egg and place on top of the ham, cheese, mixture. Repeat to cover all cups
  • Step 7
    Salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 8
    Each cup will be filled to the brim. Very carefully place the tin onto the middle rack of a 350 degree oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 9
    Remove and cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
