My friend's mother used to make this when we were kids. I got the recipe from my friend after her mom passed away and every time I make it I think of both of them!

2 cans
refrigerated crescent rolls
eggs, beaten
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg
thawed sausage links
1 cup

How to Make Easy Sausage & Egg Breakfast


  • 1Unroll crescent rolls and place in an 8" square greased baking pan
  • 2Cut sausage links in half and place on crescent rolls in rows to cover the bottom.
  • 3In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add the milk and mix.
    Add the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 4Pour mixed ingredients over the sausage in the baking dish.
  • 5Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
