My friend's mother used to make this when we were kids. I got the recipe from my friend after her mom passed away and every time I make it I think of both of them!

  • 2 cans
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    thawed sausage links
  • 1 cup

How to Make Easy Sausage & Egg Breakfast


  1. Unroll crescent rolls and place in an 8" square greased baking pan
  2. Cut sausage links in half and place on crescent rolls in rows to cover the bottom.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add the milk and mix.
    Add the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour mixed ingredients over the sausage in the baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
