You may use any cheese (we like colby/montery jack mix) use any veggie or meat or cheese you like and try things out. I like to add garlic powder when I do chicken and asparagus quiche.

Ingredients
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons freeze dried chives
- 6 slices turkey bacon (or regular) cooked and diced
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch kosher salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - pie crust shell ( i use the refrigerator kind that you buy)
How To Make easy quiche

Step 1cook bacon until crispy, cool and dice. Put to the side.

Step 2roll out pie crust and place in pie pan.

Step 3in a bowl, add half and half, salt, pepper, freeze dried onions,eggs, and nutmeg...mix.

Step 4add bacon and cheese, mix

Step 5let sit one minute and pour into pie shell...make sure you get all the stuff and shake it so everything is fairly even.

Step 6bake for 45 mins.
