You may use any cheese (we like colby/montery jack mix) use any veggie or meat or cheese you like and try things out. I like to add garlic powder when I do chicken and asparagus quiche.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons freeze dried chives
  • 6 slices turkey bacon (or regular) cooked and diced
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - pie crust shell ( i use the refrigerator kind that you buy)

How To Make easy quiche

  • Step 1
    cook bacon until crispy, cool and dice. Put to the side.
  • Step 2
    roll out pie crust and place in pie pan.
  • Step 3
    in a bowl, add half and half, salt, pepper, freeze dried onions,eggs, and nutmeg...mix.
  • Step 4
    add bacon and cheese, mix
  • Step 5
    let sit one minute and pour into pie shell...make sure you get all the stuff and shake it so everything is fairly even.
  • Step 6
    bake for 45 mins.
