- water to cover all eggs completely
- 1 tablespoon oil, your choice
- tray of ice cubes
How To Make easy peel hard boiled eggs

Step 1Select a pot large enough to lay the eggs in a single layer. First, bring the water and oil to a gentle boil.

Step 2Next, gently add the eggs one at a time to the boiling water, using a large, slotted spoon.

Step 3Boil 13 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Boil 10 minutes for medium. Boil 3 to 6 for soft boiled.

Step 4Prepare an ice bath with cold water and ice cubes, using enough water to completely cover the eggs.

Step 5Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place into the ice bath. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Step 6That's it! Your eggs will peel with ease! No need for an egg cooker!
