Easy Cheesy Brunch Casserole

4 slicewhite sandwich bread

1 mediumonion, chopped

1 cfresh mushrooms, sliced

2 Tbspbutter,unsalted

1 ccooked ham, chopped

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 cswiss cheese, shredded
-
1 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 1/4 cmilk
-
6 largeeggs, beaten
-
1 Tbspdry mustard, i prefer coleman's
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder with parsley
-
·parsley for garnish
How to Make Easy Cheesy Brunch Casserole
- Place bread slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish; set aside.
- Saute` onion and mushrooms in butter until tender; spoon evenly over bread. Top with ham.
- Combine cheeses and flour; sprinkle over ham.
- Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and garlic powder; pour over cheese. Cover and chill 8 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 375-degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
