this is a recipe that i fiddled with for a while until i finally got a thumbs up from my most picky eater. buiscuts are a perfect with this dish

Ingredients

  • 12 - large eggs well beaten
  • 1 bottle armor real bacon bits
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make easy breakfast cassarole

  • Step 1
    use a 2 quart cassarole dish or a 9x11 glass cake pan DO NOT USE A METAL BAKING DISH IT GIVES THE RECIPE A METALIC TASTE!! spray liberally with canola oil spray, preheat oven to 400 degreea
  • Step 2
    in a large mixing bowl use mixer to beat eggs until well beaten (this makes the eggs have lighter consistancy) add the rest of ingredient & gently fold into the eggs pour into oiled cassarole or cake pan bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked
