- 12 - large eggs well beaten
- 1 bottle armor real bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1use a 2 quart cassarole dish or a 9x11 glass cake pan DO NOT USE A METAL BAKING DISH IT GIVES THE RECIPE A METALIC TASTE!! spray liberally with canola oil spray, preheat oven to 400 degreea

Step 2in a large mixing bowl use mixer to beat eggs until well beaten (this makes the eggs have lighter consistancy) add the rest of ingredient & gently fold into the eggs pour into oiled cassarole or cake pan bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked
