Dutch babies make an easy weekend breakfast or brunch. I think of them as somewhere between a baked omelette and pancakes. Delicious with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 9 - large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
How To Make dutch babies

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

Step 2In a large bowl whip eggs, whipping cream and salt, until fluffy. Fold in flour.

Step 3Pour mixture into four lightly buttered/oiled 9-inch cake pans.

Step 4Bake at 450 degrees F - 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 5Serve warm. Good with sliced seasonal berries or warmed fruit pie filling. yummy
