- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces ground sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 duck eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- grated fresh parmesan
How To Make duck eggs in sausage marinara purgatory

Step 1Add oil to a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic and cook 3 minutes. Stir in the sausage and cook until sausage is no longer pink. Add the Marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.

Step 2Make 4 wells into the sauce and crack the eggs into the wells. Place a lid on the pan and cook until eggs are set

Step 3Serve topped with basil and sprinkled with parmesan.
