Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 8 ounces carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup small-curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
How To Make crustless quiche

Step 1Sauté the mushrooms in the butter in a skillet until tender. Set aside.

Step 2Combine eggs and the next 6 ingredients (through hot sauce) in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.

Step 3Stir in the reserved mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour into a 10-inch quiche pan.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes until serving.
