Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make crustless ham, zucchini, and mushroom quiche

Step 1Secure a deep-dish glass round pie dish. Butter or Pam spray your dish and set it aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk up eight eggs until they are thoroughly combined, about three minutes. They need to be totally mixed up. You need to emulsify them as much as possible.

Step 3Cut/slice up the ham and veggies. Add them to the prepared, greased pie dish. Sprinkle on cheese.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the pie dish. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
