How to Make Creamed Eggs
- peel the eggs and chop them. Leave some good-sized egg chunks intact.
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Stir in the flour. Cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the milk gradually. Cook until thickened (stirring constantly).
- Add the eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Serve the creamed eggs on top of the toast.
