This was my Mother-in-Laws Easter Breakfast made with the easter eggs that the kids hunted down. The dye would bleed through and color the eggs. This made the dish colorful. Miss ya Mom...we have carried on the tradition.

Ingredients
- 12 - hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 6 slices slices bread, toasted
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamed eggs

Step 1peel the eggs and chop them. Leave some good-sized egg chunks intact.

Step 2Melt the butter in a skillet.

Step 3Stir in the flour. Cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 4Add the milk gradually. Cook until thickened (stirring constantly).

Step 5Add the eggs and add salt and pepper.

Step 6Serve the creamed eggs on top of the toast.
