Ingredients

  • 6 - hard cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups medium white sauce
  • 4 slices hot buttered toast
  • - paprika or snipped parsley

How To Make creamed eggs

  • Step 1
    Cut eggs in fourths and add to White Sauce; stir carefully
  • Step 2
    Serve over toast. Sprinkle with paprika or parsley
  • Step 3
    Medium White Sauce; 2 Tbs. fat 2 Tbs. flour 1 C. milk 1/4 tsp. salt pinch pepper
