Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 4 ounces fresh crabmeat, or canned
  • 7/8 ounce package hollandaise sauce mix, prepared as directed
  • 2 - english muffins, split

How To Make crab benedict

  • Step 1
    Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Remove any excess liquid from the crabmeat and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Toast English muffins.
  • Step 4
    Poach eggs.
  • Step 5
    Place 2 muffin halves on each plate.
  • Step 6
    Place 1 ounce crabmeat on top of each muffin half.
  • Step 7
    Place a poached egg on top of crabmeat.
  • Step 8
    Cover each muffin with Hollandaise sauce.
  • Step 9
    Place in microwave and heat for 45 seconds.
  • Step 10
    Serve immediately.
