Ingredients
- 1 - 9in. unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crabmeat, fresh, or imitation works great
- 1/2 cup cooked plain shrimp (salad size is what i use
- 1 3/4 cups half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- dash pepper
- dash red pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sherry wine
How To Make crab and shrimp quiche

Step 1Place swiss cheese in unbaked pie shell, add the crab and shrimp.

Step 2Mix together the half and half, eggs, flour, salt, melted butter, nutmeg,peppers and the sherry wine. Pour over the crab and cheese mixture.

Step 3Bake at 450* for 7 minutes. reduce heat to 325* for 30 to 40 minutes. watch carefully and cool before cutting to serve. cut small wedges for tea, or big for dinner..
