Ingredients

19in. unbaked pie shell

1/2 lbswiss cheese, shredded

1 ccrabmeat, fresh, or imitation works great

1/2 ccooked plain shrimp (salad size is what i use

1 3/4 chalf and half
-
1/2 tspsalt

4eggs
-
1 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/4 tspnutmeg
-
dash(es)pepper
-
dash(es)red pepper

2 1/2 Tbspsherry wine
How to Make Crab and shrimp Quiche
- Place swiss cheese in unbaked pie shell, add the crab and shrimp.
- Mix together the half and half, eggs, flour, salt, melted butter, nutmeg,peppers and the sherry wine.
Pour over the crab and cheese mixture. - Bake at 450* for 7 minutes. reduce heat to 325* for 30 to 40 minutes.
watch carefully and cool before cutting to serve.
cut small wedges for tea, or big for dinner.. - other combinations:
onions, mushrooms and cheese.
