How to Make Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs
- 1Beat eggs in medium size mixing bowl.
Add cottage cheese, milk, chives, salt and pepper; beat until blended
- 2Melt butter in skillet over low heat.
Add egg mixture to butter; cook slowly, turning portions of cooked eggs with a spatula as they begin to thicken.
- 3Do not stir; do not overcook.
Remove from heat when done; serve immediately
