    blue crab meat
  •   6 large
    eggs scrambled
  •   8 oz
    3 blended shredded cheeses or any you favor
  •   2 oz
    red spanish onion diced fine (optional)
  •   2 oz
    butter, unsalted
  •   4 large
    pancakes or waffles
  •   8 oz
    hollandaise sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

How To Make

    Make a omelet with all these ingredients in it and put hot Hollandaise sauce over it once its on plate.

    Place fresh pancakes or waffles next to omelet Place fresh strawberries and whip cream on top w/ maple syrup
