Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons favorite stir-fry sauce
- 4 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- EGGS
- 6 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons stir-fry sauce
- PORK STUFFING
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 2 teaspoons stir-fry sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 scallions, white and light green parts, dark green parts for garnish
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- GARNISH
- bean sprouts, dark green parts of scallions.
- Sriracha sauce, for drizzling
How To Make chinese omelet

Step 1Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 2Scramble the eggs and stir-fry sauce together. Set aside.

Step 3Place the pork in a saucepan and add the garlic, green onions, and stir-fry sauce. Cook until the pork is no longer pink.

Step 4Add the sauce and bring to a boil, and let thicken. Stir in the bean sprouts.

Step 5Cook half the egg mixture in some vegetable oil, swirling in the pan. Place the lid on the pan to cook the top of the omelet.

Step 6Spoon 1/4 of the pork mixture over one side and fold the omelet.

Step 7Repeat to make the second omelet.

Step 8Divide the remaining pork mixture over the top of the omelets. Garnish with more bean sprouts, the dark green parts of the scallion,s and drizzle with Sriracha sauce
