chelsey's quiche
A co-worker gave me this recipe many years ago and I've yet to find one that I like better. You can just add to the simple, basic ingredients whatever you have on hand. To me, the celery soup makes this one taste so good-- so good that even a real man will like it!

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1 - deep dish pie crust
- 3 cups filling ingredients, i.e. cooked bacon, sauteed onions, sauteed bell peppers, asparagus, ham, chopped tomato, whatever you have

Step 1In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until well combined. Add other ingredients, fillings and mix well.

Step 2Pour into pie crust (be sure and use deep-dish) and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Put on baking sheet, in case of any spill-over. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about ten minutes.
