cheezy beef omelette sandwich

This is one of my husbands favorite breakfast sandwiches that I make.

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 4 slices italian beef
  • 1 slice provalone cheese
  • 1 - handful shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices toast, of your choice, buttered or not

How To Make cheezy beef omelette sandwich

  • Step 1
    heat a non stick pan over medium/ low heat, and melt butter, add slices of beef and just heat to warm, remove beef from pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
    add jalapenos to pan and cook for one minute pour eggs over jalapenos, top with beef and cheese, cover, cook till cheese is melted and eggs set, flip one side of omelette over to fold.
  • Step 3
    make your toast while eggs are cooking, top 2 toast with half of omelette and top that with the other toast, enjoy !
