Ingredients
- 6 dinner rolls or brioche sandwich rolls
- 12 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 6 slices velveeta sliced cheese
- 6 x large eggs
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried
How To Make cheesy egg in a bowl

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Cut tops off of rolls; set aside. Make 1" dep indentation in center of bottom 1/2 of each roll.

Step 3Crumble 6 bacon slices; sprinkle into bread bowls. Top with velveeta slices. Crack egg over cheese in each bowl; place on baking sheet.

Step 4Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until egg whites are completely set & yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm, adding tops of rolls, cut sides up (not on the bottoms yet), to baking sheet for the last 5 minutes.

Step 5Sprinkle eggs with chives. Replace tops of rolls. Serve with remaining bacon slices.
