1/2 chalf and half

2 tspdijorn mustard

1 cshredded gruyere cheese, divided. (swiss can be used also)

1Preheat over 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Saute greens in hot oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat for 2-5 minutes until wilted.

2Whisk together 2 eggs, cream, mustard, salt, and 2/3 cup cheese in a bowl. Add to skillet; cook 2 minutes.

3Carefully crack 6 eggs into the skillet in a single layer; sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese and pepper.

4Transfer skillet to over. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
