cheddar cheese pie
I cut this recipe off a package of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese about 40 years ago and it is still one of my favorites. You can't find it on their website ;-(

Ingredients
- 8 ounces kraft shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 - large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup finely diced ham
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 - 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie shell
How To Make cheddar cheese pie

Step 1Toss cheese with flour (keeps it from sinking to the bottom). Add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until set. Garnish with parsley or pimento strips, if desired.

Step 2I like to serve it with fresh fruit and muffins.
