    large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk

How to Make Cheddar Cheese Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss cheese with flour (keeps it from sinking to the bottom). Add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until set. Garnish with parsley or pimento strips, if desired.
  2. I like to serve it with fresh fruit and muffins.
