Of course, you can add any kind of cheese you like, as well as any cooked breakfast meats or cooked vegetables. I personally like to add some bacon bits and a few canned (and drained) mushrooms to my frittata. =^..^=

    large eggs
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper, or to taste
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheddar Cheese Frittata


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a deep-dish 10" pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together with a wire whisk.
  3. Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dish is cooked through. Serve hot.
