Of course, you can add any kind of cheese you like, as well as any cooked breakfast meats or cooked vegetables. I personally like to add some bacon bits and a few canned (and drained) mushrooms to my frittata. =^..^=

- 6 - large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheddar cheese frittata

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a deep-dish 10" pie dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together with a wire whisk.

Step 3Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dish is cooked through. Serve hot.
