Of course, you can add any kind of cheese you like, as well as any cooked breakfast meats or cooked vegetables. I personally like to add some bacon bits and a few canned (and drained) mushrooms to my frittata. =^..^=

Ingredients

  • 6 - large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheddar cheese frittata

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a deep-dish 10" pie dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together with a wire whisk.
  • Step 3
    Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dish is cooked through. Serve hot.
