green bell pepper, diced
orange bell pepper, diced
cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make
Fry the bacon in open skillet. Once it is crispy, remove from skillet. But save the bacon drippings.
Add the hashbrowns to skillet. cook for 8 minutes. Than add onion and bell peppers. Cook until hashbrowns are done.
crumble the bacon. Add it back to the skillet.
Beat the eggs, add to the hashbrowns. Cook throughly. Top with cheese. When cheese is melted...it is ready to eat!
