How to Make Campfire Breakfast
- Fry the bacon in open skillet. Once it is crispy, remove from skillet. But save the bacon drippings.
- Add the hashbrowns to skillet. cook for 8 minutes. Than add onion and bell peppers. Cook until hashbrowns are done.
- crumble the bacon. Add it back to the skillet.
- Beat the eggs, add to the hashbrowns. Cook throughly. Top with cheese. When cheese is melted...it is ready to eat!
