Ingredients
- 1 package hashbrowns, cubed
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make campfire breakfast

Step 1Fry the bacon in open skillet. Once it is crispy, remove from skillet. But save the bacon drippings.

Step 2Add the hashbrowns to skillet. cook for 8 minutes. Than add onion and bell peppers. Cook until hashbrowns are done.

Step 3crumble the bacon. Add it back to the skillet.

Step 4Beat the eggs, add to the hashbrowns. Cook throughly. Top with cheese. When cheese is melted...it is ready to eat!
