- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- - sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Step 1Preheat oven to 375

Step 2On an ungreased pizza pan, place the separated crescent rolls with the points to the center, press to completely cover the bottom of the pan

Step 3Saute the sausage in a skillet until crumbly, add the onion and cook until translucent, drain the grease

Step 4Spread sausage & onion over the crust,then the hash browns, then the cheese

Step 5In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, sea salt & cracked pepper

Step 6Pour over the crust

Step 7Sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan over the top
