We tend to use what ever breakfast meat we happen to have at the time, but this is one of our favorites. We also like to sometimes throw it into tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 - green bell pepper
  • 1/4 - red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced ham
  • 3 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2 - eggs
  • - mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 - white onion

How To Make breakfast skillet

  • Step 1
    Chop veggies and set aside
  • Step 2
    Cube ham and set aside
  • Step 3
    In a hot pan add veggies cook til tender add choice of seasonings.
  • Step 4
    Once veggies are tender add the ham
  • Step 5
    Once veggies and ham are well cooked, plate top with cheese of choice.
  • Step 6
    Cook eggs by way of choice and top the finished skillet. Enjoy
