Ingredients
- 1/4 - green bell pepper
- 1/4 - red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced ham
- 3 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 - eggs
- - mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 - white onion
How To Make breakfast skillet

Step 1Chop veggies and set aside

Step 2Cube ham and set aside

Step 3In a hot pan add veggies cook til tender add choice of seasonings.

Step 4Once veggies are tender add the ham

Step 5Once veggies and ham are well cooked, plate top with cheese of choice.

Step 6Cook eggs by way of choice and top the finished skillet. Enjoy
