This is my take on a breakfast sandwich. I always think home made is best and I know what's in my sandwich which I prefer! I use Heinz Chili sauce on this instead of ketchup because it's got a more zippy flavor which I love.

Ingredients

  • 1 - alvarado bakery sprouted bun (the best bun in my opinion)
  • 1 - organic egg
  • 1 tablespoon heinz chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegenaise mayonaise
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 slice veggie american soy cheese

How To Make breakfast sandwich for one

  • Step 1
    Microwave the bacon between paper towels for 2 minutes on high.
  • Step 2
    Microwave the bun for 20 seconds just to soften then split it in half and toast.
  • Step 3
    Cook the egg and break the yoke. Try to keep it in a circular shape to fit nicely on the bun.
  • Step 4
    Put the mayo and chili sauce on the bun. Add the cheese, bacon and egg. Put the top on the bun.
  • Step 5
    Enjoy!
