This is my take on a breakfast sandwich. I always think home made is best and I know what's in my sandwich which I prefer! I use Heinz Chili sauce on this instead of ketchup because it's got a more zippy flavor which I love.

    alvarado bakery sprouted bun (the best bun in my opinion)
  • 1
    organic egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    heinz chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegenaise mayonaise
  • 4 slice
    turkey bacon
  • 1 slice
    veggie american soy cheese

How to Make Breakfast Sandwich For One


  1. Microwave the bacon between paper towels for 2 minutes on high.
  2. Microwave the bun for 20 seconds just to soften then split it in half and toast.
  3. Cook the egg and break the yoke. Try to keep it in a circular shape to fit nicely on the bun.
  4. Put the mayo and chili sauce on the bun. Add the cheese, bacon and egg. Put the top on the bun.
  5. Enjoy!
