breakfast sandwich for one
This is my take on a breakfast sandwich. I always think home made is best and I know what's in my sandwich which I prefer! I use Heinz Chili sauce on this instead of ketchup because it's got a more zippy flavor which I love.

Ingredients
- 1 - alvarado bakery sprouted bun (the best bun in my opinion)
- 1 - organic egg
- 1 tablespoon heinz chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegenaise mayonaise
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 slice veggie american soy cheese
How To Make breakfast sandwich for one

Step 1Microwave the bacon between paper towels for 2 minutes on high.

Step 2Microwave the bun for 20 seconds just to soften then split it in half and toast.

Step 3Cook the egg and break the yoke. Try to keep it in a circular shape to fit nicely on the bun.

Step 4Put the mayo and chili sauce on the bun. Add the cheese, bacon and egg. Put the top on the bun.
