I make this for my husband every morning and he loves it! Variations: This is a meatless recipe but you can add in your meat slice or cooked chopped up meat(sausage,ham) You can add in the potato toppers as well. Add additional seasonings .. this is just the basics.

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes, dehydrated or fresh onion
- 1 slice cheese or any kind
- 2 slices bread, toasted
- pinch salt and pepper
- - oil for pan
- - mayonnaise for toast
How To Make breakfast sandwich

Step 1Whisk up the egg, like you would scramble add your onion. Pour into small pan, I have one that is perfect for making this. Cook on medium heat. Turn over.

Step 2Meanwhile toast your bread.Spread with mayo, butter what ever you like.Add cooked egg mixture slice cheese salt pepper and it is ready to eat. Or put in plastic bag for the lunch sack.
