- 6 - eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup stir fry vegetables
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste
- 6 slices american cheese
- 6 - onion rolls
How To Make breakfast sandwich

Step 1Put butter in fry pan and and stir fry vegetables; until done the way you like. put eggs into bowl and milk with pepper, mix very good. add eggs to stir fry vegetables. Put cover on and let cook at a low temp, about 5 min. stir then put cheese on top. Put cover back on. turn off burner and let sit for about 2 min. and stir. Spoon some egg mixture on a onion roll.
