  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    stir fry vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper or to taste
  • 6 slice
    american cheese
  • 6
    onion rolls

How to Make Breakfast Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Put butter in fry pan and and stir fry vegetables; until done the way you like. put eggs into bowl and milk with pepper, mix very good. add eggs to stir fry vegetables. Put cover on and let cook at a low temp, about 5 min. stir then put cheese on top. Put cover back on. turn off burner and let sit for about 2 min. and stir. Spoon some egg mixture on a onion roll.
