- 6 slices canadian bacon
- 2 cups hashed brown potatoes
- 2 cups egg substitute
- 16 - flour tortillas, fat free
- 8 tablespoons salsa
How To Make breakfast roll-ups

Step 1Brown bacon and hash browns in skillet.

Step 2Combine egg substitute and salsa in bowl, pour into skillet and stir occasionally until cooked through.

Step 3Spoon into flour tortillas (fajita size), and roll up.

Step 4These may be frozen. To serve, place in microwave, covered, and heat for 1 minute per burrito.
