How to Make Breakfast Roll-Ups
- Brown bacon and hash browns in skillet.
- Combine egg substitute and salsa in bowl, pour into skillet and stir occasionally until cooked through.
- Spoon into flour tortillas (fajita size), and roll up.
- These may be frozen. To serve, place in microwave, covered, and heat for 1 minute per burrito.
