Ingredients

  • 6 slices canadian bacon
  • 2 cups hashed brown potatoes
  • 2 cups egg substitute
  • 16 - flour tortillas, fat free
  • 8 tablespoons salsa

How To Make breakfast roll-ups

  • Step 1
    Brown bacon and hash browns in skillet.
  • Step 2
    Combine egg substitute and salsa in bowl, pour into skillet and stir occasionally until cooked through.
  • Step 3
    Spoon into flour tortillas (fajita size), and roll up.
  • Step 4
    These may be frozen. To serve, place in microwave, covered, and heat for 1 minute per burrito.
