How to Make Breakfast Roll-Ups


  • 1Brown bacon and hash browns in skillet.
  • 2Combine egg substitute and salsa in bowl, pour into skillet and stir occasionally until cooked through.
  • 3Spoon into flour tortillas (fajita size), and roll up.
  • 4These may be frozen. To serve, place in microwave, covered, and heat for 1 minute per burrito.
