    puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 8
    whole eggs
  • 1/2 c
    feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1 c
    chopped ham
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Breakfast Quiche


  1. in a large bowl, whisk the 8 eggs and milk together.
  2. add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, and mix well, making sure that the spinach is fully integrated into the mixture.
  3. take an 8 inch round cake pan, spray with cooking spray, and place the puff pastry in the pan. add the above mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes on 375.
  4. serve hot. serves 6.
