Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 ounces pizza crust mix
  • 4 - sausages or turkey sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • 4 slices bacon or turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (can use fat-free or low-fat)
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 4 large eggs, whole, slightly beaten (can use egg whites only)
  • 3 tablespoons milk (can use skim)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Make sure to build a slight well with the edges of the crust to keep the egg in. If you don't, the egg will leak off the pizza while baking.
  • Dough for crust in a bowl.
    Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the crust according to the package's directions. Spread the crust onto a non-stick cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake the crust for 5 minutes.
  • Sausage and bacon spread over partially baked crust.
    Step 2
    Spread sausage and bacon over the crust.
  • Hash browns and cheese sprinkled over sausage and bacon.

    Sprinkle the hash browns and then the cheese over the meat.
