Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounces pizza crust mix
- 4 - sausages or turkey sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 4 slices bacon or turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (can use fat-free or low-fat)
- 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
- 4 large eggs, whole, slightly beaten (can use egg whites only)
- 3 tablespoons milk (can use skim)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Make sure to build a slight well with the edges of the crust to keep the egg in. If you don't, the egg will leak off the pizza while baking.

Step 1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the crust according to the package's directions. Spread the crust onto a non-stick cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake the crust for 5 minutes.

Step 2Spread sausage and bacon over the crust.
