I got this from a friend of mine, and really love it for breakfast. Nice when don't have to make it night before, and its quick and easy.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage, browned
- 1 1/4 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 5 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- - parmesean cheese, sprinkled on top
- - paprika, sprinkled on top
How To Make breakfast pizza

Step 1Brown Sausage and drain, & put in greased 10" pie plate or square layer cake pan.

Step 2Top with hashbrowns, and then chedar cheese.

Step 3In bowl beat eggs, add milk and whisk together and add salt and pepper. Pour this over cheese.

Step 4Sprinkle with parmesean cheese and lthen spinkle with paprika.

Step 5Bake 375 for 35 minutes.. let stand 15 min. before cutting.
