Most breakfast pizza's, that I have seen, are usually made with scrambled eggs - why not a "fried" egg? Here's my version... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

How To Make breakfast pizza
-
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
-
2Unroll crust into a greased 13" x 10" baking pan; flatten dough & build up edges slightly to form 1/2" rim on each side. Brush with oil. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. Bake for 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 5 minutes.
-
3In a medium bowl, combine cream cheeses; mix well.
-
4Meanwhile, in skillet, brown sausage pieces, about 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Set aside to cool slightly.
-
5Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over slightly cooled crust. Top with bacon pieces. Place 1/2 tomatoes on dough along rim on all 4 sides. Place 1 line of tomatoes lengthwise down center of dough & then 2 more lines of tomatoes crosswise on dough to create 6 equal sections.
-
6Add cooked sausage pieces on top of tomatoes as directed above.
-
7Crack an egg into each section & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
-
8Sprinkle cheese & scallions evenly over top of everything.
-
9Bake 10 - 13 minutes or until egg whites are set & yolk is firm, but not runny. Cut into 6 squares & enjoy!
