Ingredients
- 1/2 package frozen hashbrowns - thawed
- 6 - eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 - prepared 9" pie crust (your own or ready made)
- 1 cup broccoli florets, cut small
- 4 - sausage links or patties, diced small
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (less if you use fresh not dried)
- 1/4 - medium onion, diced small
- 1 cup shredded cheese (flavor of your choice, cheddar is always good)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make breakfast pie

Step 1preheat oven to 400 degrees and line 9" deep dish pie pan with prepared crust, pinching edges to form lip

Step 2In medium mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust, using spoon to compact and remove air pockets.

Step 3Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. I cover the edges of the crust with foil to keep the crust from getting over done.
