Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

1/2 pkgfrozen hashbrowns - thawed

6eggs
-
1/4 cmilk

1prepared 9" pie crust (your own or ready made)

1 cbroccoli florets, cut small

4sausage links or patties, diced small

1 Tbspparsley flakes

1 Tbspminced garlic (less if you use fresh not dried)

1/4medium onion, diced small
-
1 cshredded cheese (flavor of your choice, cheddar is always good)

How to Make Breakfast Pie
- preheat oven to 400 degrees and line 9" deep dish pie pan with prepared crust, pinching edges to form lip
- In medium mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust, using spoon to compact and remove air pockets.
- Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. I cover the edges of the crust with foil to keep the crust from getting over done.
