Ingredients For breakfast pie

1/2 pkgfrozen hashbrowns - thawed

6eggs
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1prepared 9" pie crust (your own or ready made)

1 cbroccoli florets, cut small

4sausage links or patties, diced small
-
1 Tbspparsley flakes
-
1 Tbspminced garlic (less if you use fresh not dried)

1/4medium onion, diced small
-
1 cshredded cheese (flavor of your choice, cheddar is always good)

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make breakfast pie

1preheat oven to 400 degrees and line 9" deep dish pie pan with prepared crust, pinching edges to form lip

2In medium mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust, using spoon to compact and remove air pockets.

3Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. I cover the edges of the crust with foil to keep the crust from getting over done.
