Ingredients
- 1 package Country Gravy Mix, for 1 cup (white gravy)
- 3/4 cup Grated cheese, whatever you like
- 1 tablespoon Coarse Grain Mustard
- 4 slices Precooked Bacon, crisped in Micro & crumbled
- 4 - Eggs, separated
How To Make breakfast "muffins"

Step 1Cook gravy mix as directed for 1 cup. Add cheese, mustard & crumbled bacon. Beat in yolks, one at a time.

Step 2Beat egg whites until stiff & fold into yolk mixture.

Step 3Spoon into 12 muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes in 375 oven. Makes 12 or two per serving.
