the amounts of ingredients is a guess as I invented it while making breakfast and discovered my wife had bought refrigerator biscuits instead of crescent rolls because 'they were cheaper". I was thought to cook by an old chef that seldom measured anything. it was always "a handful" or "a pinch". I would lay out a half sheet of dough, scramble the eggs mix everything together, place it on the dough, and add the other half of the dough on top, seal the edges and bake @375 for 15 min. with this recipe you do not cook the eggs as that is what binds everything together when you bake it.

prep time 30 Min
cook time 20 Min
