Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup leftover corned beef, chopped
- 2 - eggs
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 slice irish soda bread
How To Make breakfast for march 18th

Step 1Melt butter in a skillet and add chopped cabbage. Saute until it begins to carmelize then add corned beef and saute 1 minute more. Beat eggs and add to skillet. Scramble as usual.

Step 2While eggs are cooking, toast Irish Soda bread.
