    cooked cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    leftover corned beef, chopped
  • 2

    salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 slice
    irish soda bread

How to Make Breakfast for March 18th


  1. Melt butter in a skillet and add chopped cabbage. Saute until it begins to carmelize then add corned beef and saute 1 minute more. Beat eggs and add to skillet. Scramble as usual.
  2. While eggs are cooking, toast Irish Soda bread.
