In camp, having a quick or even portable breakfast is a great way to start the day...cause sometimes getting the girls up is a tad difficult! LOL So Angela came up with breakfast burritos, and they are easy, amazing, filling, and the girls loved them! Okay, so I have to admit, so did I!

Ingredients
- flour tortillas
- scrambled eggs
- sausage, fried and drained
- shredded cheese
- salsa

Step 1Put down a tortilla. In the center, put some eggs, top with sausage. Let the girls decide if they want cheese and/or salsa. Roll tightly, eat this yummy breakfast.

Step 2Note: you could make these ahead of time at home for a breakfast whenever you want...I would roll them in saran wrap or waxed paper (twist ends if using waxed paper), put into a ziplock and freeze. Then take out of freezer and wrapping, and heat in microwave on plate, until done to desired temperature. Don't do long, or on high, or you will make the tortilla part hard.
