great for quick breakfast. I made 10 burritos out of this. So depending on if you eat one or two this serves 5 or 10.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube chorizo
  • 1 - dozen eggs
  • - milk
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded mont jack cheese
  • - flour totillas
  • - cooked tator tots

How To Make breakfast burrito

  • Step 1
    cook chorizo & onion. drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    whisk eggs with some milk. cook, stirring constantly. when almost done add cheese and chorizo. stir until mixed well.
  • Step 3
    warm tortillas to soften. cut each tator tot in half. lay 3 tator tots on a tortilla. top with egg mixture. roll up tortilla. done.
  • Step 4
    I wrapped each one separately in press and seal wrap and freeze. take out when needed and microwave for quick beakfast.
