great for quick breakfast. I made 10 burritos out of this. So depending on if you eat one or two this serves 5 or 10.

Ingredients
- 1 tube chorizo
- 1 - dozen eggs
- - milk
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded mont jack cheese
- - flour totillas
- - cooked tator tots
How To Make breakfast burrito

Step 1cook chorizo & onion. drain and set aside.

Step 2whisk eggs with some milk. cook, stirring constantly. when almost done add cheese and chorizo. stir until mixed well.

Step 3warm tortillas to soften. cut each tator tot in half. lay 3 tator tots on a tortilla. top with egg mixture. roll up tortilla. done.

Step 4I wrapped each one separately in press and seal wrap and freeze. take out when needed and microwave for quick beakfast.
