How to Make Breakfast Burrito
- cook chorizo & onion. drain and set aside.
- whisk eggs with some milk. cook, stirring constantly. when almost done add cheese and chorizo. stir until mixed well.
- warm tortillas to soften. cut each tator tot in half. lay 3 tator tots on a tortilla. top with egg mixture. roll up tortilla. done.
- I wrapped each one separately in press and seal wrap and freeze. take out when needed and microwave for quick beakfast.
