breakfast burger
I'm always looking for different ways to pack breakfast for the guys lunches, this is what I came up with today.

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs, whisked
- 6 slices american cheese, or your favorite
- 6 small hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup ea. of red bell & onion, diced
- 3 - mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 cup salsa or rotel
- - thin ham slices
How To Make breakfast burger

Step 1In LARGE non stick skillet, cook onions & bell until tender. Add mushrooms, eggs & rotel. Cook over med-low heat constantly stirring till eggs are done. Remove from heat, place cheese slices over top of eggs, place lid on top, let sit until cheese is melted.

Step 2Using a glass or cup, cut 6 rounds out of the eggs. Butter buns and place ham, egg & ham again.

Step 3Pop burgers in 400 degree oven for about 10 min. to toast buns.
