My entore family loves this quick and easy breakfast. I had this in a small breakfast cafe in Vancouver in 1982, went home and made my own. YUMMY!

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs (scrambled/sunny side up/however you like)
  • - cream cheese(spread amount you like)
  • 1/2 - onions, small white (chopped finely) use amount you like
  • 1/2 - green bell pepper (chopped finely) use amount you like
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your favourite kind)
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 - bagel (we like everything bagels)

How To Make breakfast bagels

  • Step 1
    Toast the bagel slices
  • Step 2
    dice onions and green peppers
  • Step 3
    cook the eggs to your liking, salt and pepper the eggs- we like sunnyside up.
  • Step 4
    spread cream cheese on the bagels
  • Step 5
    put eggs on the bagel/cream cheese
  • Step 6
    top with onions and green peppers. sprinkle cheese on top.
